Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Return Period
You can return or exchange an item within 30 days of purchase.
After 30 days, we won’t be able to offer a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
It must be in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Some items can’t be returned, such as:
Perishable goods (like food, flowers, or magazines)
Intimate or personal care items
Gift cards or downloadable products
Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be given for:
Items with signs of use
Opened CDs, DVDs, or software
Items damaged or missing parts (not due to our error)
Returns made after 30 days of delivery
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Check your bank account.
Contact your credit card company or bank — sometimes refunds take time to appear.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they’re defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same product, email us at {email address} and send your item to {physical address}.
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once we get the returned item.
If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original buyer.
Shipping Returns

You’ll be responsible for your own return shipping costs.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
For valuable items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your return.
