Not feeling the scent? It happens. We’ve made returns as smooth as our solid perfumes.

14-Day Easy Returns

You’ve got 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.
To qualify:
 - Your item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
 - You must have the receipt or proof of purchase


How to Start a Return

Simply email us at admin@neatfragrance.com
Once approved, we’ll send you:
 - A return shipping label
 - Instructions on how to send the item back

Note: Please don’t send items without contacting us first.


Wrong Scent or Damaged Item?

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, email us right away. We’ll fix it—no questions, no hassle.


Items That Can’t Be Returned

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on:
 - Opened or used solid perfumes
 - Sample items
 - Sale items or gift cards

 - Request a return for your original item
 - Once approved, place a new order for the scent you love


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
